Cancellation policy for booked excursions

  1. In case of cancelation of the tour from the date of sale, but not later than 48 hours before the start, a refund of 100% of the price.
  2. If the tour is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, tourists will be charged 100% of the cost (full price for the tour).
  3. In case of rescheduled speedboat/boat excursion - deduction of 1,000 THB per person.
  4. When canceling individual tours, the amount of the refund is determined individually taking into account the time of the tour cancellation (actual cost of booking the tour, may vary for each tour).
